Tag text block content using Start and End Tag

Using the start and end tag, the content can be tagged easily. Choose the starting and ending words or characters of the content you want to tag in the text block content. These points can be anywhere in the same section or even stretch into subsequent sections.

This flexibility allows you to precisely tag specific parts of content without the hassle of extensive selection or manual adjustments.

Follow the provided steps below to tag content in the text block.

      1. Navigate to the presentation tab and select the relevant Tree role from the drop-down menu.

      2. Within the presentation tree, identify and select the Text block element that corresponds to the content you want to tag.

Following the start tag, select the last character or word of the text block content to be tagged. This defines the scope of your tagged content.

Complete with End Tag:

  1. Click on the “End Tag(>)” icon and a pop-up will appear. In the pop-up a list of start tags will appear, choose the appropriate element. Click “OK” to confirm and the end tag of the selected element will be applied. The end tag (ET/>) will appear in the, indicating the conclusion of the tag.
