Managing Entity Access

            As an admin, you have the authority to assign entities to specific users or revoke their access when necessary. This feature helps ensure proper access control and data security within the application. Follow the steps below to assign or unassign an entity for a user.

      1. Navigate to the left pane of the application and click on "Users" to view the list of users.
      2. In the list of users, find the entity you wish to manage and click on the "Edit" icon next to it.
      3. To assign the entity, check the box next to the entity name. To revoke access, uncheck the box.
      4. Once you have made the necessary changes, click "Update". The modifications will be immediately applied to the selected user.
