Audit Trail

The Audit Trail feature allows administrators to track and monitor activities performed by users within the application. This section is can access only by the Admin.

  1. Click on the "Audit Trail" section in the application to access the activity log.
  2. The audit trail displays a detailed list of actions performed by various users within the application.
  3. Use the navigation controls to move to the next pages of the Audit Trail and view additional records.
  4. Select the "From" and "To" date fields to filter activities within a specific timeframe.
  5. Use the search option to locate activities associated with a specific user.
  6. Use the search by entity option to filter activities related to a particular entity.
  7. Click on the "Download" button to export the details in an Excel file for further analysis or record-keeping.
