Create an Entity

            An entity represents a company or organisation that needs to be identified within the system. Creating an entity ensures that your data is properly organised, meets regulatory requirements, and facilitates accurate reporting. Follow the steps below to add a new entity to the system.

      1. On the left pane of the application, click on "Entities" to access the entity management section.
      2. Click on "Add Entity" to open the Entity Creation form, where you’ll input the required details for the new entity.
      3. In the Entity Name field, provide the full name of the entity (e.g., Global Ventures Sdn Bhd).
      3. Ensure that the Reporting Country field is set to Malaysia to match the location of the entity.
      4. Provide the Business Registration Number for the specific entity.
      5. Enter the Old Business Registration Number (if applicable).
      6. Click the "Submit" button to save the new entity in the system.
