Edit document

   Edit Mode enables you to make changes and format your document efficiently. This guide provides a detailed overview of the tools and features available in Edit Mode to help you create or modify content with ease.

      1. Locate the "Edit Mode" button at the top in the application and toggle it ON to activate editing capabilities.
      2. Click anywhere within the document to begin making changes. 
      3. Modify the content in the document and utilise the menu options available under Edit, View, Insert, Format to enhance the content.
In the menu bar you can find the following options
  1. Edit
  2. View
  3. Insert
  4. Format



Edit

  1. Undo: Reverts the last change made to the content.
  2. Redo: Reverses the most recent Undo action.
  3. Cut, Copy, Paste: Move or replicate text, graphics, or other content within or across the document.
  4. Paste as Text: Inserts content without any formatting, ensuring it appears as plain text.
  5. Select All: Highlight the entire document for bulk formatting or editing.

Insert

  1. Table: Insert a table in the document. Organises data systematically in rows and columns.
  2. Horizontal Line: Insert a straight line across the page. Separates sections for better readability.
  3. Page Break: Ends the current page and starts a new one.

Format

  1. Bold: Makes text thicker and darker.
  2. Italic: Slants text to the right.
  3. Underline: Adds a line beneath the text.
  4. Strikethrough: Draws a line through text. 
  5. Superscript: Raises text slightly above the normal line of text.
  6. Subscript: Lowers text slightly below the normal line of text.
  7. Code: Formats text to appear as programming code.
  8. Formats: Applies text styles such as headings, paragraphs, and lists.
  9. Blocks: Divides content into structured sections.
  10. Fonts: Changes the typeface of the text.
  11. Font Sizes: Adjust the text size.
  12. Align: Aligns text to the left, center, right, or justifies it.
  13. Line Height: Adjusts spacing between lines of text.
  14. Text Color: Changes the font color.
  15. Background Color: Changes the background color behind the text.
  16. Clear Formatting: Removes all formatting from selected text, restoring it to the default style.
