Adjust font size

Adjust font size

To customize the font size to your preference across the document, you have the option to assign a specific size. By establishing both minimum and maximum font sizes, any text falling within this range will automatically adjust to the desired size that you have specified. Follow these detailed steps to change font sizes:

  1. First, navigate to the "Tools" tab and click on the "Assign Utility Properties" icon.
  2. Once you are in the Assign Utility Properties menu, locate the Font Size section. Select "Convert" in the dropdown, and a pop-up box with font sizes will appear.
  3. In the Convert Font Size window, you'll find fields for Minimum and Maximum font sizes. Enter the smallest and largest font sizes you want to allow for your text. This ensures that any text falling within this range will adjust automatically.
  4. Below the Minimum and Maximum fields, you'll see a field labeled "New." Enter the exact font size you want your text to be converted to within this range.
  5. The system provides a default font size, but you have the flexibility to change it.
  6. If you want to create new ranges for different sections or purposes, click on the "Add" button to input new ranges and sizes.
  7. Once you've specified your preferences, click the "OK" button to save your changes. Now click "OK" in the utility properties window and the text will now automatically adjust to the new font size.
