User Management

             Effective user management is essential for data security and collaborative efficiency. Owners and administrators play a vital role in assigning access rights, ensuring data protection while enabling seamless teamwork. Please follow the provided steps below to assign users and define access within spreadsheet environment.
  1. Begin by choosing the specific file/folder where access permission needs to be configured in the spreadsheet layer.
  2. Click on the "Manage Access" icon to initiate the user assignment process.
  3. By default, the file/folder owner holds complete manipulation rights.

Please refer to the table below for detailed access rights information for Owner, Admin, Write, and Read roles.


           
  1. Select the user from the list or use the search function to locate the user.(Only users with access to a particular entity will be displayed here.)
  2. Once you’ve selected the user, specify the access rights for them. If you need to assign access rights to multiple users simultaneously, you can do so by selecting each user and specifying their respective access rights.
  3. After specifying the access rights for the selected user(s), click on “Save” to confirm access rights for the users. This step is crucial to ensure that the changes are applied and the users are granted the appropriate access rights for the file/folder.

       


        By following these steps, you can effectively manage user permissions and ensure that appropriate access levels are assigned to users, facilitating efficient document management and collaboration.
