Create or Import a spreadsheet

    To seamlessly integrate your data with your documents, begin by creating or importing a spreadsheet. Please follow the steps outlined below to complete this process.

`      1. Choose the required entity and the document in the document process screen.  Subsequently, click on the "Spreadsheet Layer" icon and you will redirected to the Homepage of Spreadsheet layer.



      2. Click the "Create New" button at the top right corner of the spreadsheet layer.
      3. Select the "Folder" option to create a directory for organizing your spreadsheets. This step helps keep your data neatly organized. If you prefer, you can skip this and directly create or import a spreadsheet within the spreadsheet layer.
NotesYou can move or duplicate the created folder to better organize your files.



Create a new spreadsheet:

To get started with a new spreadsheet within a document, follow these steps:
  1. Select the "Spreadsheet" option to create an online spreadsheet.
  2. This allows you to manually enter data and access essential spreadsheet features directly within the platform.


Import an Existing Spreadsheet:

If you already have a spreadsheet saved on your device and want to work with it in Rainbow for the document, follow these steps:
  1. Choose "Import Spreadsheet" and choose the required spreadsheet from your device. 
  2. Click "OK" and the spreadsheet will be imported into the Spreadsheet layer.
  3. Once imported, your file will be fully accessible within Rainbow. This enables you to seamlessly continue working on your spreadsheet with all the features and tools application offers.


NotesSpreadsheets can be moved, replicated, or replaced, providing flexibility in managing your data.
