Generate, Validate and Download iXBRL output

      Once the document is ready, you can easily generate the output in XBRL/iXBRL format. We'll walk you through the process to ensure a seamless and error-free experience. Follow these steps carefully:

      1. Navigate to the top right of your screen, where you'll find the Documents menu.
      2. Choose "Output" from the Documents menu.
      3. Select the entity for which you want to generate XBRL/iXBRL output and choose the specific document you're working with.

  




XBRL



  1.  Under the "Generate Output" options, specifically choose XBRL as your preferred format for output.
  2.  Next, click the "Generate XBRL" icon. Wait for the process to complete and look for a green checkmark to confirm successful execution.
  3.  Then, click the "Validate and Download XBRL" icon. The Arelle validation results will appear in a pop-up box. To save the validation results, click the "Excel Report" button and download the file for reference and future use.
  4.  Review the validation results for any errors. If you find any, note them down, correct them, and rerun from step 1 above.
  5.  Once everything is correct, click the "Download" icon under the "Validate and Download" to download the XBRL output in a compressed folder.
  6.  To see a preview, click the "Generate HTML Preview" icon. The output HTML file will be displayed in SEC previewer format. Then, click the "Download HTML Files" icon to download the SEC previewer HTML.
  7.  To explore different sections such as "Cover, Statements, Notes, Policies, Tables, Details All Reports." Click each option to thoroughly review the generated XBRL output. Download the SEC                  previewer HTML file by clicking the "Download HTML Files" icon at the top right.




      8. Click on "Generate Reviewer’s Guide" to download an Excel report. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the generated tags for review.
      9.Access the "Tagging Dump" by selecting the respective option. Download the Excel file to view detailed information about the tagging process. Check the Excel file for any mistakes and correct them if necessary.


iXBRL


  1.  Start by navigating to the "Generate Output" options and specifically choosing iXBRL as your preferred format for output.
  2.  Next, click "Run Prerequisites" to ensure all necessary conditions are met before generating iXBRL. Wait for the process to complete, and look for a green checkmark to confirm everything is set.
  3.  Once the prerequisites are satisfied, proceed by clicking on "Generate iXBRL" to initiate the iXBRL generation process.
  4.  After the generation, click on "Validate and Download" to initiate the SEC validation process. A pop-up titled "SEC Validation" will appear, indicating the validation process.
  5. Click the "Excel Report" button to download the validation results. Save this file for reference and future use.
  6.  Review the validation results for any errors. If you identify any errors, note them down, correct them, and rerun from step 1 above.
  7.  Once the document is error-free, click the download icon (Download ZIP) under the "Validate and Download" section to obtain the iXBRL output in a compressed folder.
  8.  Click on "Generate iXBRL Preview" to display the output HTML file in SEC previewer format.  Explore different sections such as "Cover, Statements, Notes, Policies, Tables, Details All Reports." Click each option to thoroughly review the generated iXBRL output. Download the SEC previewer HTML file by clicking the "Download HTML Files" icon at the top right.
  9.  Click on "Generate Reviewer’s Guide" to download an Excel report that provides a comprehensive overview of the generated tags for review.
