Insert horizontal rule

Insert horizontal rule

The Horizontal Rule feature is a useful tool for visually separating sections of text within a document. It helps create clear divisions, improving the organization and readability of the content. To use this feature, follow these steps:

      1. Place your mouse cursor at the location in the document where you want to insert the horizontal rule. This will be the point where the separation line will appear.
      2. Navigate to the "Insert" tab on the toolbar. Click on "Insert Horizontal Rule". This action will open the settings dialog box for the horizontal rule.

      3. In the settings dialog, you can customize the appearance of the horizontal rule.
      4. Click "OK". The rule will appear at the specified location and provide a visual break between sections of text.

By using horizontal rules effectively, you can enhance the document's flow and make it easier for readers to navigate through the content.
