Tagging narrative content is crucial in the
tagging process. This feature is used to tag narrative facts in Level 4. Kindly
follow the provided steps below for tagging it. First, Select the required section. Then Choose the relevant Tree Role
from the dropdown in the presentation tab. This selection is crucial as it
determines the context for your tagging.
Select the Highlight icon, then select the required
Highlight option from the dropdown. Once content is highlighted (displayed in a yellow rectangular box with a red outline).
Now, Select the value(s) that need to be tagged. Right-click on the selected values and choose "Add
to Grid."
- Once the values are added to the grid, you need to select
the appropriate element from the Presentation Tree. Drag and Drop the element
to the selected values. If required, select the Member from the Tree and Drag
and Drop onto values (repeat the same process to add multiple members).
- Once it is done, assign the Period for the
tagged values.
- Depending on the selected element, default
settings for Scale, Currency, and Unit Reference will be applied. Tailor these
attributes according to your specific requirements. This flexibility allows for
a customized approach to your tagging attributes.
- Once you have performed the tagging process, Click
the "Grid Tag" icon to complete the tagging process. Once the values are tagged
successfully the values will be in the red rectangular box.

Clear the grid just by right-clicking on the grid and choosing the "Clear Grid" option if you need a fresh
start.

- Highlight Narrative Facts: Choose options to bring
attention to values within your paragraph, enhancing readability.
- Highlight Table Facts: Opt for features that
highlight values within tables, aiding in focused analysis.
- Clear Highlight: Use this feature to remove
highlighted values, providing a clean slate for further tagging.
