Update linked values

       The process of updating values from spreadsheet which are linked to the documents plays a vital role. The application offers intuitive methods to seamlessly update the document with revised data from one or more spreadsheets.

      This article outlines two primary methods for updating values in documents within the application.

      1. Refreshing values Section by Section.
      2. Refreshing values for the entire document.

Refreshing values Section by Section

      This method allows you to update the linked values in a specific section of the document. Follow the steps below:

            1. Select the required entity and document in the document process screen.
            2. Navigate to the document using the "Content Layer" icon.



            3. Select the section marked with the "Links to be Refreshed" icon, indicating that some links within the section have not been refreshed yet.



            4. Click on the "Refresh Active Section" icon. This action will refresh and update the linked values within the selected section.



Refreshing values for the entire document

      This method synchronizes updated data throughout the document with a single action. Here’s how you can do it:

            1. Click on the "Refresh All Sections" icon. This action will automatically update values across the document.
