Indent increase and decrease

      The Indent Increase and Indent Decrease features are essential for adjusting the horizontal positioning of selected content within a document. These tools help you move text or elements to the left or right, facilitating precise alignment and formatting. Here’s how to use these features effectively:

      1. Begin by highlighting the text or elements within the document that you wish to adjust. Ensure that all the content you want to move is selected.
      2. Go to the Format tab in the toolbar. 
      3. Locate the Indent settings. Select the indent from the drop-down menu.




      4. To Shift the Text to the Right: Click on the Indent Increase icon. This action moves the selected content further to the right, increasing the indent from the left margin.



      5. To Shift the Text to the Left: Click on the Indent Decrease icon. This action moves the selected content further to the left, reducing the indent from the left margin.



      Use these features to achieve the exact alignment and positioning you need within the document.
