First/Second level hanging indent

The Hanging Indent Table feature is designed to enhance the alignment and presentation of bulleted or numbered content within your document. Follow the provided steps below to utilize it.

      1. Begin by highlighting the content within your document .This can include bulleted lists, numbered items, or any other structured content.
      2. Navigate to the Format tab in the toolbar. Click on Convert Hanging Table, and the selected content will automatically transform into a hanging table format. This step sets up the content for further adjustments.



      3. Navigate to the Format tab again, locate the indent options and select either Hanging Indent Table (Level 1) or Hanging Indent Table (Level 2).  Depends the selection, it will set in the toolbar.



            To Increase Indentation:
                        a. For content in the second column, click on Increase Hanging Indent Table (Level 1). This will move the content to the right, creating a clear separation between different levels of information.
                        b. For content in the first column, click on Increase Hanging Indent Table (Level 2). This shifts the content further to the right, useful for highlighting sub-points or details under a main point.

            To Decrease Indentation:
                        a. To move the content in the second column to the left, click on Decrease Hanging Indent Table (Level 1). This reduces the indentation, bringing the content closer to the left margin.
                        b. Similarly, click on Decrease Hanging Indent Table (Level 2) to adjust the content in the first column to the left, aligning it more closely with the main content.
