Paragraph block indent

      The Paragraph Block Indent feature enables you to shift an entire block of content horizontally, either to the left or right, to achieve precise alignment and enhance document presentation. Here’s how to use this feature effectively:

      1. Begin by highlighting the entire block of text that you want to adjust. This could be a paragraph, a series of paragraphs, or any segment of content that requires repositioning.
      2. Navigate to the "Insert" tab in the toolbar. Within this tab, locate and click on "Paragraph", then select "Paragraph Block Indent" from the dropdown menu. This action will open the dialog box for setting the block indent.



      3. In the dialog box, enter the desired value for the block indent. This value determines how far the block of content will be shifted from its current position.
      4. Click "OK" to apply the block indent. The entire block of content will be repositioned according to the specified value, adjusting its alignment within the document.



      By using the Paragraph Block Indent feature, you can fine-tune the placement of text within your document, enhancing its structure and visual appeal.
