This feature is designed to facilitate the monitoring and management of modifications made to content, ensuring both transparency and collaboration throughout the editing process. By tracking changes, you can easily identify and review edits.
1. To begin tracking the modifications in the document, navigate to the Format tab and click on the Track Changes icon.
2. If you wish to view or conceal the tracked changes, click on the Show/Hide Track Changes icon. This toggle function allows you to easily switch between viewing the present content and modification(addition or removal) made to the content.

If content is removed, it will be highlighted in red, and if added, it will be highlighted in green.
3. To approve all changes made within the document, select "Accept All Changes" from the Accept/Accept All Track Changes menu. This action will integrate all modifications, marking them as accepted.
4. To accept a particular change, especially the last one within the tracked content range, opt for "Accept Change" from the Accept/Accept All Track Changes menu. It allows for selective approval of edits, ensuring precision in the final content.
5. If you decide to discard all edits, choose "Reject All Changes" from the Reject/Reject All Track Changes menu. This will revert the document to its original state, disregarding all tracked modifications.
6. If you wish to reject a last edit, select "Reject Change" from the Reject/Reject All Track Changes menu.
7. You can navigate between tracked changes by selecting the Next Change icon to view the next change or the Previous Change icon to view the previous one.
8. When hovering over changes, the name of the user who made the modifications will be displayed. This feature provides additional context and accountability, making it easier to identify and communicate with contributors.
