Steps to Upgrade or Renew Your Licence
Please note that this portal is exclusively for licence renewals. Ensure you use the login credentials provided by your account manager for renewal purposes. 2. Click on the "Products" tab. This will direct you to the page where you can renew your MTD VAT subscription.
3. From the dropdown menu, choose the software you wish to renew. Click on "Upgrade/Renew" to proceed.
4. If you need to add additional users to your existing subscription, select "Add More Users". If you wish to include additional entities, choose "Add More Entities".
5. Click on "Renew Your Subscription" to proceed with the renewal process.
6. You will be redirected to the checkout page, where you can review your order. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
7. Once the payment is successfully processed, an invoice will be automatically generated. A confirmation message will be displayed on-screen, indicating that your renewal has been completed.
