Tagging a text block ensures that the correct content is assigned to the appropriate element in the template. Follow the steps below to tag a text block efficiently.
1. Navigate to the financial statement and identify the text block that needs to be tagged.
2. On the right-hand panel, choose the relevant template where the text block should be tagged.
3. In the financial statement, select the content that needs to be tagged. Drag and drop the selected text block onto the appropriate element in the template.
4. Once tagged the color of the tagged content will be highlighted in Salmon Pink.
5. Ensure that the text block is placed in the correct cell within the template. Click "Tag" to successfully assign the text block to the selected element.
6. Once tagged the content and element will be highlighted in Peach Cream.

7. You can select the text block in the template. The system will automatically navigate to the corresponding text block in the financial statement, allowing you to verify its placement.
8. To remove the tag, right click on the tagged cell and choose "Remove Tag".
