Validation and Output

Validation and Output

Once the values have been successfully tagged, it is essential to validate the document to ensure compliance with MBRS (Malaysian Business Reporting System) regulations. The validation process helps identify any errors that may require correction before generating the final output. Follow the steps to validate the document and generate the XBRL output file.

      1. Click on the "Validate" button to begin the validation process.

      2. The application will navigate to MBRS and run a comprehensive validation check.

      3. If there are any errors, they will be displayed below the documentEach error message will indicate the specific issue that needs to be addressed. Review the listed errors carefully and make the necessary modifications in the document.

4.Once the corrections have been made, click on "Validate" again to re-run the validation process. Repeat this step until the document is successfully validated without any errors.
      5. Once the document is successfully validated, proceed to generate the output.
      6. Click on the "Download XBRL" icon to download the final XBRL file. Also you can download the iXBRL output.

      7. The downloaded XBRL file is now ready for submission. Use the file to complete the filing process with the regulatory authority.

By following these steps, you can efficiently correct errors, validate the document, and generate a compliant XBRL output for regulatory submission. For further assistance, please contact our customer care team at support@datatracks.com.
