Once document is ready, you have the flexibility to download it offline in multiple formats such as HTML, PDF, or Word, depending on your needs. Follow the provided steps below.

      1. In the Document Process screen, begin by choosing the required entity and document you wish to download.
      2. On the right side of the interface, click the HTML Output icon. This action will open the document in an HTML format, providing you with a preview of the content.



      3. To download the document in your desired format, use the corresponding icons:
                  a. Download HTML: Click this icon to download the document in HTML format.
                  b. Download PDF: Select this option to download the document in a PDF format.
                  c. Download Word: Choose this option to download the document as a Word file.



By following these simple steps, you can efficiently download your document in the format that best suits your requirements. Whether you're reviewing it offline, sharing it with others.
