1. Click on the "Auto Tag" option located at the top of the screen. The system will analyse the document and identify text blocks that require tagging.
2. The document heading for each recognised text block, along with the suggested element, will be displayed in the template. You can either accept the suggested element or manually select a different element for the text block.
3. Each suggested element will have an accuracy score listed in the template. Review the accuracy score to determine whether the suggested element is appropriate or if it needs to be changed.

Accuracy Score:

- Exact Match

- Partial Match

- No Match
4. Once you have verified the assigned elements, click "Save" to confirm the tagging. The text block will then be automatically linked to the corresponding element in the template.
5. Click on a tagged text block in the template to be navigated directly to its corresponding location in the financial statement. This allows you to review and ensure that the correct tagging has been applied.
6. If the text block needs to be changed, right-click on the tagged text block within the template. Select "Remove Tag" to delete the existing tag.
