Modify values in the spreadsheet offline and reupload

             Keeping your spreadsheet data up-to-date is crucial for ensuring accurate and reliable information in your documents. Whether you need to make major or minor changes, the application provides a seamless way to modify and update your spreadsheet data. Find below the steps to modify your spreadsheet values offline.

      To re-upload a modified file from your device, adhere to the following steps:

      1. Navigate to the spreadsheet which needs to be updated.
      2. Click on "More Actions" to display options for managing your spreadsheet.
      3. Select the "Replace File" option and upload the revised spreadsheet. This step will ensure that the updated file is processed and integrated into the system.




      4. Proceed by selecting the current sheet (source data) and the replacement spreadsheet, verifying that both are accurate. The names of the current and replacement files will  be displayed for identification.
InfoSheets, where cells are linked, ( Create Links ) to the document cannot be replaced. In order to replace such sheets links have to be removed between the spreadsheet and the document. Remove links. 
      5. Click "Replace" to apply the changes.

If the file contains linked content, only sheets without links can be replaced to maintain data integrity.
      6. Once the sheet is replaced, there will be an indicator (Links to be refreshed)denoting, there are updated values in the spreadsheet which have not been updated in the document yet. To refresh the links in the document to reflect the updates in the spreadsheet, refer to the section on  Refresh or Update Values By meticulously following these steps, you can ensure that your spreadsheet data remains current and accurate, thereby providing consistent information across your document.
    7. When the spreadsheet is linked to the document and the links are established, there will be an indicator (Link(s) available) appears in the spreadsheet layer.
