Create an Entity

Create an Entity

                  An entity represents a company or organization that needs to be uniquely identified within the system. Creating an entity ensures that your data is properly organized, complies with regulatory requirements, and supports accurate reporting.

Please follow the steps below to add a new entity to the system.

      1. In the left pane of the application, click Entities to open the entity management section.

      2. Click Add Entity to open the Entity Creation form.

      3. In the Entity Name field, enter the full legal name of the entity.

      4. Enter the Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) for the entity.

      5. Provide the Company Registration Number.

      6. Click Submit to save the new entity in the system.
