Apply colors to alternative rows
Alternate row shading feature enables you to apply color to alternate rows, which is especially beneficial for financial statements. Follow the below steps to apply alternate row shading.
- Select a cell in the table that will serve as the starting point for applying the color.
- Navigate to the "Table" tab in the toolbar. Click on the "Alternate Row Shading" icon to open the shading settings.
- In the shading settings, select the colors you wish to apply to the alternate rows.
- After selecting your colors, click the "OK" button to apply the shading. The chosen colors will now be applied to alternate rows across the entire table, enhancing readability and visual appeal.
