Text wrapping is a useful feature that controls how text breaks within a cell, ensuring that your content is displayed neatly and consistently. Here's how to use the Text Wrap functionality to manage the appearance of text in your tables:
1. Begin by selecting the specific content within the table that you want to adjust. This could be a single cell, a row, or even an entire column, depending on your needs.
2. Navigate to the Table tab in the toolbar, and then select the Text Wrap icon. This will open the settings for adjusting text wrapping.
3. In the drop-down menu, you will see two options: Wrap and No Wrap.
Wrap: Choose this option if you want the text to automatically wrap within the cell, allowing it to continue onto the next line without extending beyond the cell's boundaries.
No Wrap: Select this if you prefer the text to remain on a single line.
4. Once you've selected the desired option, click OK. The text in the selected cells will automatically adjust based on your chosen setting, aligning perfectly according to the wrap preference.
