Insert or Remove border(Paragraph)

The Paragraph Border feature enhances the visual presentation of your document by allowing you to add borders around individual paragraphs. This functionality is particularly useful for drawing attention to specific sections, organizing content visually, or improving the document's overall layout. Here’s how to use this feature effectively:

Inserting a Paragraph Border

      1. Highlight the paragraph or block of text around which you want to add a border. Ensure that the entire paragraph is selected to apply the border correctly.
      2. Navigate to the "Insert" tab and click on "Insert Paragraph Border" icon. This action will open the border settings dialog box.

      3. In the dialog box, customize the border settings according to your preferences.
      4. Click "OK" to apply the border.

Removing a Paragraph Border

      1. To remove the border, either re-select the paragraph with the border or place your cursor within the bordered paragraph.
      2. Return to the "Insert" tab and click on "Insert Paragraph Border".
      3. Click "Clear" to remove the border from the content. The paragraph will appear without the border.
