Insert image

Inserting an image into the document can enhance its visual appeal. Here's a detailed guide on how to insert an image using the available features:

      1. Begin by placing your cursor at the desired location in the document where you want the image to appear. 
      2. Navigate to the "Insert" tab in the toolbar. Click on the "Insert Image" icon to open the image insertion tool.



      3. Click on the "Choose File" button to open the file dialog box. From here, you can browse your device's storage and select the image file you wish to insert.

Please note that only JPEG or GIF formats are supported, ensuring compatibility and optimal display quality.
      4. In the Alternative Text field, enter a brief description of the image. This text appears as a tooltip when users hover over the image.
      5. Specify the desired width and height for the image to ensure it fits well within the layout of your document. 
      6. Choose the appropriate alignment for the image: Left, Center, or Right. This setting determines how the image will flow with the surrounding text, allowing you to create a balanced and aesthetically pleasing layout.
      7. After configuring all the settings, click "OK" to insert the image into the document. The image will appear at the selected location, aligned and sized according to your specifications.
