Edit document

            Once the document is created, you have the flexibility to modify it. While working on it, it's important to know what you can and cannot edit.

You Can Edit:

  1. Currency
  1. Separator preferences
  1. Uploading new files

You Cannot Edit:

  1. Entity information
  1. Identifier details
  1. Document Type
  1. Document end period
  1. Taxonomy settings

      If you need to make changes to a document you've created, follow these steps:

Document >> Process >> Select (Entity & Document) >> Edit workspace



  1. Hover the mouse cursor over the "Documents" menu at the right top corner of your screen and select "Process."
  2. You'll be directed to the document processing screen. Here, choose the Entity and the specific Document you want to edit.

  1. After making your selections, look for the "Edit Workspace" icon in the upper right corner. Click on it to access the document for editing.
  2. On the same page, you can upload the revised document. Once the information is updated, click "Update," and then click "Save" to confirm the changes.
