Add or Remove currency


            Managing currency options within your financial documents is a critical aspect of accurate financial reporting. You have the flexibility to add or remove specific currencies based on your reporting needs. Kindly follow the provided steps below to add/remove currencies.

            Begin by clicking on the "Add/Remove Parameter" icon, then select the "Add/Remove Currency" option, and a box will appear with the currencies list.



Adding currency(ies):

  1. Check the box next to the desired currency or currencies from the list.
  2. You can type the currency name into the search box to quickly locate your selection or you may also scroll through the list to find it.
  3.  Click the "Update" icon to implement your currency additions. Your selected currencies are now ready to be incorporated into your financial document.


Removing currency(ies):

  1. Similarly, click the "Add/Remove Parameter" icon, and choose the "Add/Remove Currency" option.
  2. Once again, you'll see the list of currencies. Uncheck the box next to the currency or currencies you wish to remove.
  3. To complete the removal process, click the "Update" icon. The deselected currencies are effectively removed from the currency list.


      With these steps, you have the freedom to adjust your currency preferences to align precisely with your financial requirements. Whether you need to add new currencies for comprehensive reporting or remove those that are unnecessary, you can easily manage your currency selections to enhance the accuracy and relevance of your financial documents.
