View, Edit and Delete comments

      Efficiently managing comments in a spreadsheet is essential for providing context, promoting teamwork, and ensuring clarity for everyone involved. This article will help you understand how to easily view, edit and delete comments, ensuring your notes remain current and useful.

            1. Begin by locating the cell with a blue indicator, which signifies that the cell contains comments.
            2. Right-click on the identified cell. select "Cell comments" to view the existing comments associated with the cell.
            3. Click on the "Edit" icon next to the comments.  Modify the comment as needed.
            4. If you need to remove the comment, click on the "Delete" icon located next to the comment.
